• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and location, provided when you enquire about lessons or instructor training.
• Driving records — lesson progress, licence details and test information, kept so your instructor can plan your training.
• Website data — anonymous, aggregated usage analytics for our website. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange lessons.
• To deliver and plan your driving tuition safely.
• To keep the records required for driving instruction.
• To send you information we think is relevant to your tuition — you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Your details are never given to any other party without your permission, unless we are required to do so by law.

How we store it

Any personal data we hold is kept securely and used only for the purposes of the school directly. We keep lesson records only for as long as you are learning with us (plus a reasonable period afterwards), and we delete enquiry data that never becomes a booking after a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict its processing.
